      • May - $350 + HST a night with a $335 cleaning and garbage disposal fee. Minimum 4 night stay.

      • June 1-9, 18-23, 28-30 - $350 + HST a night with a $335 cleaning and garbage disposal fee. Minimum 4 night stay.

      • July 1-25 - $650 + HST a night with a $335 cleaning and garbage disposal fee. Minimum 6 night stay.

      • August 6-28 - $650 + HST a night with a $335 cleaning and garbage disposal fee. Minimum 6 night stay.

      • September 19-30 - $345 + HST a night with a $335 cleaning and garbage disposal fee. Minimum 3 night stay.

      • October - $267 + HST a night with a $335 cleaning and garbage disposal fee. Minimum 3 night stay.

  • Book through AirBNB or VRBO. Note, bookings through AirBNB or VRBO are subject to additional fees imposed by AirBNB or VRBO.

  • We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to hold your dates.

  • We require a $500 security deposit which will be returned to you less any damages upon checkout.

  • We are very sorry, but we cannot accommodate pets.
